Improve your heart health - new project starts today!  

Keighley and Worth Valley Community Partnership members have come together to help create a series of videos for the people of Keighley to focus on the problem of high blood pressure and the health issues this can cause.  

Also known as hypertension, high blood pressure can be a serious health condition that many people have but are often not aware of. We can reduce Hypertension, or stop it, by making some simple lifestyle changes. 

Keighley’s Hypertension project is being launched now to tie in with British Heart Foundation’s Heart Month in February.
