Coronavirus Update
If you are on regular medication, now would be the time to commence online ordering and nominate a local pharmacy to receive your prescription. Please telephone reception and they will activate this facility for you. Alternatively you can hand deliver your prescription request by placing it in the post-box at the front door of the practice or send it through the post to us.
Due to the current increase in demand, please allow four working days for prescription requests to be processed. Thank you.
Patient Information
Patients on regular medication will be given a computerised repeat prescription request sheet. This sheet is to be used to obtain a repeat prescription and either handed in to reception, sent in by post or faxed.
Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. For information on how to register please click on the link provided or contact the reception team for details.
Prescriptions will then be ready for collection after 16:00 2 days after receipt of the request so please allow adequate time for this. If you want the prescription posted back, you must enclose a stamped addressed envelope and allow extra time for the post.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not been seen for some time you may be asked to make an appointment with the pharmacist for a medication review.
