Ling House Medical Centre now offer our patients the ability to contact us using the e-Consult platform.
This is particularly useful for administrative queries such as requesting sick notes and discussing test results. You can also use the service to discuss simple medical problems. Clinicians will reply to your request via e-mail only.
Please note that more complicated problems may not be suited for an e-Consult and we request that you ring us to book a telephone triage appointment instead. If an e-Consult is submitted and it is felt to be inappropriate by the triaging Clinician, you may be asked to book a telephone appointment to discuss your problem further.
The e-Consult service is NOT manned out of hours (1800-0830), on Bank Holidays or on weekends. If you require medical help during this time please ring 111 instead and do not complete an e-Consult.
